Support Services
Sharon Willing says: ” I started working with Hertfordshire PASS in 2009 as a volunteer working one day a week while studying at university. I now work full time as the Support Services Manager, my role is primarily to keep Hertfordshire PASS running smoothly. Within the department I line manage two apprentices: Amy Cox (Administration/Reception Apprentice), Ed Magee (Marketing). I am also involved with mentoring an apprentice, Rob Voigt, who is currently setting up an information line.”
Ed Magee says: “I currently been working around the website in Support Services and trying to see what products can be made through Hertfordshire PASS as I have been doing website development for a very long time it’s got more interesting as I had to teach another person how to use the website and how to use the resources of the software.”
Rob Voigt says: ”
Hertfordshire PASS will soon be putting in place a support service for those with physical or learning disabilities. You will be able to call in and query a number of topics including benefits and direct payments. The service is free and unbiased. Information given will be based on personal experience and is not advisory.”
