I have now been at Hertfordshire PASS for over two years. I now work in EmployerABILITY, which is a new department that Hertfordshire PASS decided to set up in January 2011. I now run a new pilot programme that enables three young apprentices to learn how to be good employers of care staff. They work alongside three other apprentices who are learning how to be PAs themselves. I really enjoy doing this most of the time but there are challenges that we come to and this is where we feel we need to learn the most. I really enjoy my job at Hertfordshire PASS and I hope to continue to have many happy years here with more experience within contributing for our charity.
