My name is Andrew Bird, I am the EmployerABILITY Coordinator, and I run the project of EmployerABILITY. I employ people who are needing their own carers and like to send Advertisements out to increase the team by sending Advertisements out with the Marketing Apprentice.  I am hoping that I am able to give the new apprentices some experience of being a better employer of their own care staff.
