User driven work

Given Hertfordshire PASS aims to be ‘a user-driven charity using employment to enable disabled people to live independently’ it has focussed its attention on what is meant by user-driven work.

It's users have published in 2008 their own book entitled ‘User-Driven: people with a learning or physical challenge overcoming barriers to work’ (view here). This can be purchased for £4.99 + post etc.

In addition Hertfordshire PASS has had 2 papers presented at the 2007, and 2008 UK Social Enterprise Research Conferences. (view here and here)
