“ INDEPENDENCE THROUGH SELF DIRECTED SUPPORT ”

We want our website to share with you what we do in achieving our aim to be: ‘ a user-driven charity using employment and ‘being an effective employer of care staff’ to enable disabled people to live independently’.

To achieve this aim we have main 2 departments:

WorkABILITY- an employment preparation programme including apprenticeships, and
EmployerABILITY including Payroll- which enables disabled people to be more effective employers of their care staff.

In addition the above departments are supported by:
Support Services- who ‘run’ the office and other functions such as marketing, and
User-Driven Services- which develops and promotes PASS’s innovative approach to user-driven work.
